I’m Gloria, founder of Recruitment Gal. I’ve spent over two decades inside hiring chaos—managing high-volume recruiting campaigns, building teams from scratch, and fixing broken recruitment systems that left candidates in the dark and hiring managers overwhelmed.

I’ve hired hundreds of people. But more importantly? I’ve built hiring workflows that make the process make sense.

I created Recruitment Gal because people—on both sides of the table—deserve better.
